I believe my purpose in life is to help others.  I have been a Social Worker since 2007.  After working in the field of hospice for 10 years, I decided to change my method of helping to a more hands on approach.

I understand what it is like to live every day while dealing with physical pain that manifests emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. One year after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue, I received my first foot reflexology session. Reflexology helped me to relax and allow my body to heal itself. I have continued to receive reflexology which has returned, and surpassed, my pre-diagnosis quality of life.

Since becoming a reflexologist I have also studied massage therapy.  I add massage to my sessions to compliment the work being done.
